I've read a lot of fitness journals, carried out a lot of fitness trainings, coached many to have amazing body structure, and the answer in a nutshell is to:
Build muscle + lose fat.
- How do you build muscle? Exercise.
- How do you lose fat? Eat whole foods. No junk food.
The formula itself is simple, but putting in the work is hard. Here are some quick tips that might help you achieve your six-pack before or after 2016. What's the rush? Savor the process.
Learn to like what you do.
- Enjoy your workouts, love playing sports. Look for healthy recipes that taste great.
Start small, build a habit.
- Minimum 5 reverse crunches every day for 30 days. Add more reps and other exercises when you start feeling bored. But at least 5 reverse crunches everyday, even if you don't feel like doing it.
Focus on doing the work and one day you will be surprised at the result.
