He does 90 push-ups a day.

Six-time Olympic champion Usain Bolt found himself up against an unlikely opponent this week on The Ellen DeGeneres Show…eight-year-old Demarjay Smith.

Ellen invited Smith on her show after watching his fitness YouTube videos. Possibly the world’s youngest personal trainer, he shared his love of exercising and a few of his top push-up form tips. “I’ve got to be fit and strong,” he says while casually mentioning he does 90 push-ups a day. 90!In addition to being a personal trainer and playing basketball when he grows up, Smith said he wants to challenge Usain Bolt to a race. In typical Ellen fashion, Smith got the surprise of his life when the Jamaican track star walked in for a running showdown. “Come on Usain, don’t be scared of me!” Smith yelled.

While Bolt happened to cramp up just before reaching the finish line, the track star was a good sport and congratulated Smith on his victory
